Okay now other things: first, a shout-out to my roommate who is currently doing an eight thousand mile trip around the country with her grandfather. If I do say so myself, an awesome way to spend a summer. She called me Tuesday morning and told me how she'd just met Amish people and found me and her husbands. In case you are unaware, we find Amish people incredibly fascinating, even with their misogynistic out-dated ideals. They're so awesome. Plus they build pretty furniture and stuff.... So enjoy yourself JS. I wish I could drive around the country for eight weeks. Instead I'm stuck in Denver looking for a nonexistent job.
Gary Coleman: rest in peace. Not much more to say except these simple words that summed up your life, "Whatchoo talkin' 'bout, Willis?"
On another note, Buffy. I know most of the people who read this blog already know about my life-long infatuation with that television show, but I'm going to mention it nonetheless. This show is fantastic and the only thing keeping my incredibly boring summer from turning into my incredibly suicidal summer. Just kidding. Sorry not funny. But for real, if you haven't devoted time in your life to watch this series, please make time for it. And then you should probably watch Angel, a spin-off and for the most part, a phenomenal show. But you have to watch Buffy first or you won't get anything out of it. So do it. I promise it's worth it.
Can't really think of anything else to say at the moment, so take the lessons learned, apply them to your lives, and grow as people. Because we know best.
Fist pumping like a champ,
Rock
