Alrighty then, now that the pleasantries are out of the way, let's get down to business. I just have a few things to mention today:
1. Chris Brown was sentenced to 5 years supervised probation today. Question: what's the best way to show that there are no consequences for inexcusable behavior? Answer: Only giving a person a slap on the wrist when you have the opportunity to junk-punch them. If we want people to stop doing something we have to be willing to shell out some real consequences! Where to start in this situation? Jail time!
Warning! Terrible actress alert:
2. Kristen Stewart is playing Joan Jett in the new Runaways movie. Not much to say about this subject; I feel confident that every single person on the planet is aware of the absolute insanity of this choice. Joan Jett was, is, and always will be a Badass. Kristen Stewart is quite possibly the most awkward person alive. I encourage you to take three minutes and thirty seconds right now to get a little education in the awesome-ness that is Joan Jett and click the linked name above.................... Good, now that we have all seen what I mean when I say Badass, raise your hand if you think Kristen Stewart can possibly attempt to embody that. That's what I thought, I'm glad we all agree: No Way In Hell!
Ok, it's time to get back to real life with my final thought of the day:
3. Have you ever noticed that on the one, maybe two, days when you are at your worst (physically, emotionally, et cetera et cetera) you will inevitably run into the one person on Earth you hoped would never see you that way? I'm nearly positive that your chances of truly being at your worst increase tenfold if you set foot inside of a Wal-Mart or Sam's Club-esque facility. What do you think? Rock, any opinions here?

ReplyDeleteI can't decide which actress is worse, we're comparing apples to apples here, rotten apples. Also, number three happened to me this morning, you're right, you can pretty much count on that happening.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I totally agree, I thought I was the only one who thought she was like extremely awkward. When she talks its like she's sucking in air or something, however Hilary Duff though? haha. I will now forever refer to junk punching people when they do something bad.
